What did the pharaohs of Ancient Egypt eat?

Im doing a report on social studies because I have to mummify a checicen and every one of us get a job. I am the funeral and catering have to cook the food for the funeral. I also have to make a report on the food of Egypt. I need to know what they ate the pharaohs and if you have some sites on foods of ancient Egypt. mummify a chicken sorry, typo

The most common foods in the old Egypt was the bread and beer complemented with various vegetables: onions, garlic, leeks, lettuce, are examples.
