Ebony is always black?
I recently purchased a low arch with ebony e "a" frog. The bow and frog wine is Dark Brown with a grain clearly visible, similar to other images of arcs I've seen advertised as having rosewood frog. I've never seen ebony that was not black. Could this really a "light" version of ebony?
