I've seen in many cases quality Mumbai's lawyers who have been indulging in malpractice does not get properly registered marriage and the creation of problem later on the parties. The foreigner who marries in India also must be duly registered marriage with Indian marriage laws of their country, so they can reap the benefits on his marriage in his country without any legal impediment. Court marriage in your country get civil jurisdiction to adjudicate in case of any marital dispute between the parties. As the future generation refers marriage confirmed there is no legal issue involved as a citizen of children to be dependent their place of birth and parents' choice.
