It was during the eighth century, we see the first mention of a formal ceremony where tea is can find, though, that the ritual is probably very different then the tea ceremony today. A Chinese Buddhist priest wrote a book called "Cha Ching ". This book describes describes the proper method of making tea including the use of proper tea vessels and hot water temperature. It is believed that through this book developed the tea ceremony which would be in Japan today.
How can we accept in a tea ceremony.
The steps of a tea ceremony, are not hard and are actually quite simple. To invite a few guests, serve sweets and mix the bitter green tea powder known as matcha with water. It is said that the combination between sweet and bitter tea complement each other as a symbol of harmony. If you ever find in a tea ceremony these are the six basic steps to take tea to his host.
1. First bow when you get the cup of tea is called chawan
2. Then take the chawan (tea) with your right hand and places it in the palm of his left hand.
3.Then turn right from the cup tea three times before drinking.
4. When you finish the tea, make sure to slurp loudly for the host know that you enjoyed.
5. Then wipe the vessel that has touched her lips with his right hand
6. Then turn the chawan (Tea Cup) counter-clockwise three times and return to their host.
This may seem rather the actions that go for cup of tea, only one, however, is not only a chance drinking tea ceremony have much more. There is an element of aesthetics, ethics, social, and perhaps a religious experience. Many may think that is easy to preform a tea ceremony. Although the production of tea and the service may sound simple, it has been said that learning to serve a tea ceremony is like playing an instrument. If you learn quickly that you can learn from actions rather well in a few weeks. However, if you really want to master the art will take more than ten years to really understand and learn.
The most beautiful form of tea ceremony is Chaji which is the tea ceremony in which participation is better full tea presentation with food. The Japanese tea ceremony is luxurious and expensive, since each element used in the ceremony is considered a work of art and as cooking utensils.
