Where is the point of arrival of asylum cable?
Most audiophiles agree that one of the most critical factors in a high-end system is that the connecting cables. There is no question. Different cables provide different testing and enjoyment. A cable sound good in a system can not sound good in another cable system or sound good, can not sound good if one of the units being replaced. Good is also relative to each person, so I think that you can not claim a superior cable and then the other, if both cables are fine.
As a person who changed so many cables, I'd like to share my own opinion with others. My goal Not to offend anyone or break someone's heart, but humbly contribute to the madness of the cable industry, contributing to the awareness and prevent consumers from being exploited.
Some producers use the thinnest cable wires to eliminate the effect of the skin. Some of its uses thicker to eliminate DC resistance. Some prefer silver due to the opening and rich sound, some sound fine silver findings, un-natural and that the use of pure copper to achieve the body. Some uses of platinum, coal and other things, some blends or alloys of these. Some manufacturers attach importance to the protection, some are against protection, but use twisted designs. Above the list can be expanded. This, at least for me is the clear evidence that CABLES NO COMPROMISE OF ENGINEERING AND THEORY VIEWPOINT.
After me, cables, including interconnect cables are the most degenerate and the tricky part of the audio industry. The largest share of revenue in the word audiophile is generated by the cable industry. An amplifier consisting of several elements, labor, engineering, design, (consists of very good silver cables) can be purchased at € 5,000 but a poor cable costs of interconnection of 2,000 € or more. Most brands are imitating the other. They offer various colors, thickness and pleasing appearance and pretend to be the best in the world in the list in its price category. I found 137 interconnect various producers (listed below). Unfortunately, human nature of "how expensive or how big, the best is" the belief, guides one to mislead. This belief motivates the first sales, and followers are by the thought that "if other buyers are idiots!"
One thing should be noted that I never refer to the audio cables not bad, they are actually mostly good. Problem is 1% better sounding cable sold at a price of 1000% of the other. At least this sentence gives clear drain that the product is thicker or larger, due to technical issues, but due to technical trading.
I was curious one day to break my MT box interconnections to look inside. There was a very simple coil occupied only 1 / 10 of the box. To me, a cable must be heard enough and just before you buy. If the critical listening is done with other people, acting factor physiology and people tend to choose the best reputation. A friend brought me a known digital reference cable, which sold around 1500 $. My cable was also a reference cable, but at a reasonable price (Illuminations D-60). We were three people and heard so much of the cables properly. The other two immediately noted that the other cable was much better. I had the same effect on me. Mid sounds, the voices became softer and more natural, but the bass was so slow and muddy. The energy and slam at the treble had gone. This was and exchange, but no more. I had the feeling that the factor was the physiology in the mission. I wanted to do a blind test. My aim was not to degrade the other but only to find the answer why I have not heard the same with them. We did a blind test. Finally, both were decided and agreed to D-60. Discussion was over.
• Why had the tendency to choose the more expensive or of good report!

These cable manufacturers in general, directed people who have no problem with money. These people are basically based in New York, Far East, Hong Kong, Japan and those places.
Producers also monitor the sales volumes of more expensive electronic equipment and cables penetrate their accordingly. They assume that "a person that spends $ 350,000 for an amplifier cable never use a $ 500 "
My thoughts are not to offend the producers of cable, if there is demand, someone certainly has to give.
I wanted to design an interconnect cable for my own curiosity. I am not an electronic medium. I used all the knowledge as an amateur and did a DIY interconnect cable. I pretend my cable is in the same class with reference cables sold up to 1500 $. It will cost about $ 50 plus connectors that is all. Hard to do, but worth it. Listening is believing. The cable cost me $ 200, along with LOK Home Grown Audio Top WBT RCA connectors or lines.
How is that The cable worked well for me better than others! I had no experience, no plant, no engineering, research and development, but it works. It may be the answer lies elsewhere, may be the other cable manufacturers use the same method, design, listen, if it works, claims and sell
