It is an Original Painting of a parrot by Dimitri Vail anything worthwhile?
Dmitri Vail was a Dallas artist who painted portraits only. A snow owl and a are the only other horse that I know. It became a point when he painted the stars to perform at Radio City Music Hall for many years. Met him when he took lessons from him.
