What is the statue of limitation of a charge off my credit?
I have a credit card account that is 16 years that a company I called for charging. Is collection after this time in Ohio?
Normally agree with Spifiman, but Ohio is 4 years. Included in the open and not written. There is a definition in the Ohio Code, which excludes credit cards as written contracts.
