Which is better for beginners guide for landscape painting? experienced artists only please.?
I'm new to painting and am looking guides or programs that are good for beginners.
Look carefully at the scene. Limit the palette and simplify the work setting to nice composition. Milestones and delete or move items that do not appeal. Consider the lighting, which changes constantly ... reach or freeze avergae shadows in one place and avoid changes. Do not overdo the green. If you look closely, you see the grass and leaves are composed of many colors. Do not drag the paint to death ... Fusion may or may not be necessary. DABS (the impressionists) can work well. Render the scene, not trying to take a picture. Beginners often try too hard ... relax ... still life, figure, landscape, require the same approach: form, value, composition ....
