How to rescue a painted plaster wall?

I just found that I should have locked down the plaster walls that I just put paint before painting. It was water based paint, and I just discovered that masking tape to take the picture! Apparently you can use diluted paint the walls the first principle, but this can be done after painting, Sand Painting or need all this and then do the smoothing of the painting? Any suggestions welcome!

When using media medium grit sandpaper and do the whole wall that can do well again looking for .. Once you sand the paint diluted by 15% then do the whole wall so it is evenly coated applied.Then all over again once the first coat has dried, usually about 5 hours in good drying conditions ... For future reference use must use a tactic low-adhesive tape available in most DIY stores ....
