Warner Valley

I wonder how can I get information about putting a program in my local Time Warner access to the station?

My local channel here in 12,726 (NY Hudson Valley Area) is 23 per hour Warner Cable. I can not find any information on the site to give me information about placing a TV show weekly. I'm going to Channel 23 and maninly only a black screen does not display anything. Does anyone know how I know the process and the price of putting a program on the air at my station local access? Thanks - JT ok i contacted them and they will call me again on Monday. I left a message. There is a certain process should I know about getting some air?

Look for their number in the phone book, and contact your sales office marketing. You must have your information on hand, and presented in order, be concise and to the point. Best of luck.
